When you complete the report-download form, we collect the following information:

• Name
• Job title
• Company
• Email address
• Job seniority level
• Reason for downloading

We use the data you provide to:

• Conduct marketing and new business activities.
• Contact you about potential new projects or launches that may be relevant to you or your organisation.

We process your personal data based on your consent. You provide consent by actively ticking the consent box on the download form before submitting your details. Provision of your personal data is optional, but necessary for to access the report. If you do not provide the required information, you will not be able to download the report. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@jkrglobal.com or by using any unsubscribe mechanism included in our emails. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You will receive a notification once this process is complete and your data has been removed from our systems, which shall be no longer than 30 days from when your request is received.  

We may process your data using a large language model (LLM) or similar AI tool to help us filter and identify the most relevant leads for prioritised outreach. This profiling helps us decide whom to contact first and about what topics. These automated outputs are used to prioritise outreach only. They do not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. You can ask for human review of any outcome that you believe is inaccurate or unfair by contacting us at privacy@jkrglobal.com.

We may share your data as follows:

• With our report partner, The Kantar Group Limited and its affiliates, for the same marketing and new business purposes described in this notice.
• Third-party email and mailing service providers that help us send communications and manage mailing lists. These providers may include AI-powered analytics features to improve delivery, engagement insights and list hygiene.

Such recipients may be in the UK, EEA, or other countries, however where we use third-party service providers as processors, such are engaged under written contracts that require confidentiality, restrict processing to our instructions, and include appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

JKR and some of our service providers (or their sub-processors) may process personal data outside the UK and the EEA – namely to the USA. Where transfers occur, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

• UK adequacy regulations where applicable.
• Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum and/or the International Data Transfer Agreement, as relevant.

We review marketing contact lists periodically and will delete or anonymise data that is no longer necessary for these purposes or where consent has been withdrawn, unless we are required to retain it for compliance or record-keeping.
